The Watch Advisory — Member Confidentiality, Content Access & Community Agreement
Watch Intelligence. Buyer Guidance. Your Ally.
Welcome to THE WATCH ADVISORY. By becoming a member and accessing any members-only lessons, guides, videos, images, discussions, chat rooms, educational materials, or other content, you agree to the following terms, effective as of the date you submit the acknowledgment below.
1. Members-Only Access
Your membership gives you personal, limited access to THE WATCH ADVISORY content according to your active membership and the lessons or content you have validly unlocked.
Your membership, Member Number, login credentials, and access are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by another person.
2. Protected & Proprietary Content
The content inside THE WATCH ADVISORY represents proprietary educational material, including knowledge, research, experience, lesson structures, guides, checklists, explanations, original graphics, written content, videos, images, quizzes, and other materials created for members.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all members-only content remains the property of THE WATCH ADVISORY and/or its respective rights holders.
Your membership gives you permission to access the content for your personal educational use only. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
3. No Sharing, Copying or Distribution
Members may not, without prior written permission from THE WATCH ADVISORY:
- Share their login credentials or Member Number with another person
- Record, reproduce, copy, download, republish, or distribute members-only content beyond any features expressly provided on the website
- Screenshot or screen-record proprietary lessons for the purpose of sharing or distributing them
- Forward, repost, upload, or publish members-only guides or educational materials
- Share content in group chats, social-media pages, forums, websites, or other platforms
- Sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any members-only content
- Remove copyright, watermark, branding, or other ownership notices
What you learn is yours to use. The proprietary way the material is presented, written, designed, and delivered may not be copied or redistributed.
4. Confidential Member Content
Certain information, lessons, discussions, materials, and resources inside the members-only area may be confidential or unpublished.
Members agree not to disclose, share, reproduce, or distribute non-public members-only content outside THE WATCH ADVISORY without prior written permission.
This does not prevent members from discussing general watch knowledge they independently know or lawfully obtain from public sources.
5. No Unauthorized Reuse
You may not use THE WATCH ADVISORY's proprietary materials to create, reproduce, or operate a substantially similar educational program, guide, course, website, membership, or content product by copying or closely reproducing THE WATCH ADVISORY's non-public materials.
This does not prevent you from using general knowledge, facts, ideas, or skills that are publicly known or independently learned.
6. Private Classrooms & Member Chats
Each member may be assigned to a private classroom or chat based on their enrollment month or cohort.
Members agree to respect the privacy of other members and may not share the following outside the community without appropriate permission:
- Private conversations
- Member identities or personal information
- Screenshots from private classrooms
- Messages or questions from other members
THE WATCH ADVISORY may remove content or suspend access when necessary to protect the safety, privacy, or integrity of the community.
7. Membership Access
Your access is tied to an active paid membership and the terms of your membership plan.
ONE ACTIVE PAID MONTH = ONE MONTHLY RELEASE.
As your active membership continues, your available lesson library may grow according to the monthly releases included with your membership.
If your membership becomes inactive, access to members-only content may be paused or locked.
If you reactivate, access to lessons previously earned through qualifying paid membership periods may be restored while your membership is active again. Lessons released during periods in which your membership was inactive are not automatically included unless separately purchased, unlocked, or otherwise provided under THE WATCH ADVISORY's then-current membership terms.
8. Member Number & Account Security
Your Member Number and account credentials are unique to you.
THE WATCH ADVISORY may monitor reasonable account activity and take appropriate action where there is evidence of unauthorized account sharing or misuse.
Sharing access may result in suspension or termination of membership access without refund, subject to applicable law and the membership terms in effect at the time.
9. No Recording or Reposting
Unless THE WATCH ADVISORY specifically gives you permission, you may not:
- Screen-record lessons
- Record private member sessions or chats
- Repost members-only content
- Publish lesson material on social media
- Upload member content to another website or educational platform
- Use proprietary content to train, prompt with, or create a competing content database through an AI system
10. AI & Third-Party Platform Restrictions
Members may not upload, paste, submit, or provide substantial portions of unpublished members-only content, private classroom discussions, proprietary guides, or other protected materials to generative-AI tools or third-party platforms for the purpose of reproducing, summarizing, extracting, redistributing, or creating competing content without prior written permission from THE WATCH ADVISORY.
This section is not intended to prohibit ordinary discussion of general watch facts or concepts using a third-party tool.
11. No Guarantee of Purchase Outcomes
THE WATCH ADVISORY provides educational information and general buyer guidance.
Content is intended to help members learn and make more informed decisions. It is not a guarantee of authenticity, value, investment performance, future market prices, profitability, or the outcome of any watch transaction.
Members remain responsible for their own purchasing decisions, due diligence, and transactions.
12. No Dealer or Seller Relationship
THE WATCH ADVISORY is an educational and guidance platform unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Membership does not create a broker, dealer, agent, fiduciary, legal, financial, appraisal, authentication, or professional advisory relationship between THE WATCH ADVISORY and the member.
13. Violations & Termination
THE WATCH ADVISORY reserves the right, subject to applicable law and its published membership terms, to investigate suspected violations of these rules.
For material violations, including unauthorized sharing, account sharing, distribution of proprietary content, or misuse of private community information, THE WATCH ADVISORY may suspend or terminate access.
Where legally permitted, refunds may be denied for access already provided or for termination resulting from a member's material breach of these terms.
14. Return / Deletion of Unauthorized Copies
If a member creates or obtains an unauthorized copy, recording, screenshot collection, or other reproduction of proprietary members-only content, THE WATCH ADVISORY may request that the member permanently delete the materials and confirm deletion.
15. Intellectual Property
THE WATCH ADVISORY name, branding, original course materials, original lesson content, graphics, educational framework, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in this Agreement gives a member ownership of THE WATCH ADVISORY's proprietary content.
16. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Acknowledgment
By creating an account, receiving a Member Number, purchasing a membership, or accessing members-only content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Member Confidentiality, Content Access & Community Terms.
